How to access customer profile? #
From the left navigation menu, select the ‘Customer‘ tab to access your customer list and a quick overview for each customer, including
- Name
- Number of tickets submitted to your store
- Phone number
- Email address
Note: If you want to add new customers and import a list of customers, check how to add and import them into MooseDesk.
You can click on their name or icon to enter their detailed profile:
There are two main parts :
- Personal information: You can view:
- Key information such as name, email address, and phone number
- Additional information like avatar, title, and notes
- Ticket history: All tickets the customer has submitted to your store. You can click on each ticket to read the details.
From here, you can also edit their profile.
How to edit customer profile? #
- Step 1: Click on the text editor in each field and enter the new information. To change the avatar, click the icon
and upload the new avatar. - Step 2: Hit Save to apply your changes
