This manual guides you in configuring the MooseDesk widget in your language and enabling automatic language switching based on visitors’ browser settings.

How to set up translation in MooseDesk widget? #
Step 1: In the Translation section, click the dropdown menu and select your language.
Step 2: Click ‘Mark as Default‘ to set the chosen language as the widget’s default. The widget language will automatically update when the default is changed.
Step 3 (Optional): You can customize the text of the widget fields to match your preferences and click Save
How to configure language switcher settings? #
A language switcher will help your customers to manually choose their preferred widget language.
Step 1: Turn on the toggle to display the language switcher, which will appear at the top of the widget. When clicked, the switcher will display language options for your customers to choose from.
Step 2 (Optional): You can also enable automatic language switching to change the language based on the visitor’s browser language. If disabled, the widget will display the default language you set.
