This guide explains how to set up the WhatsApp button, which allows customers to contact you directly through WhatsApp.
How to access the Whatsapp button skin #
There are 2 options to access WhatsApp button:
Option 1: Click “Setup WhatsApp button” in the float menu

Option 2: Navigate to the Chat Widget tab > General and select the skin in the top right corner.

How to set up & use WhatsApp button #
The WhatsApp button setup consists of four main sections:
General (1) #
- WhatsApp Phone Number: Enter the phone number you want customers to contact through WhatsApp
- Welcome Pop-up Message: Set the message that appears alongside the WhatsApp button. This pop-up message can be enabled/disabled by turning on/off the toggle next to it.
- Prefilled Message: Create a default message that automatically appears in the customer’s WhatsApp chat when they contact you
- WhatsApp Platform Type: Select which WhatsApp platform (Web/ Desktop) customers will use to contact you

- Icon: Select your favorite icon design

- Widget font: Select your preferred font and customize it with our support
- WhatsApp button visibility: Button size and Launcher position


In this section, you can try out our advanced settings to customize:
- Side and bottom spacing
- Timings for widget display (All the time/Only at business hours)
- Hide widget on specific devices

- Auto-switch language: Either switch to visitor’s browser language automatically or stick to your default language
- Language: Choose among 130+ languages
- Welcome Pop-up Message: Set the message that appears alongside the WhatsApp button. This pop-up message can be enabled/disabled by turning on/off the toggle next to it.

Note: To completely remove the welcome pop-up message, you must both delete the message text and disable the Auto-switch language. This prevents the message from appearing in other languages.
