Your monthly AI chatbot replies depend on your plan:

What counts as an AI chatbot reply? +

An AI chatbot reply is counted when our AI responds to a customer message

  • Note: Messages handled by human agents don't count toward your AI reply quota
Can I add more AI replies without upgrading? +

Yes, but there are limits:

  • Starter: Can add up to 1,000 extra AI replies
  • Growth: Can add up to 5,000 extra AI replies

Beyond these limits, you'll need to upgrade to the next plan tier.

Upgrades, Downgrades & Billing

What payment methods do you accept? +

Moosedesk does not charge merchants directly. Instead, Shopify will include the Moosedesk app fee in your Shopify subscription during your Shopify billing cycle. You can view your Moosedesk billing history in your Shopify admin panel.

Will I lose my data if I downgrade or cancel? +

Your data stays safe. Only access and feature availability change depending on your plan

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
