What counts as an AI chatbot reply?

An AI chatbot reply is counted when our AI responds to a customer message
- Note: Messages handled by human agents don't count toward your AI reply quota

What payment methods do you accept?

Moosedesk does not charge merchants directly. Instead, Shopify will include the Moosedesk app fee in your Shopify subscription during your Shopify billing cycle. You can view your Moosedesk billing history in your Shopify admin panel.
Will I lose my data if I downgrade or cancel?
