Our pricing is based on a combination of team capacity (number of agents who can handle customer conversations), AI chatbot replies (monthly quota of AI-powered responses), ticket volume (number of support tickets your team can handle), and feature access (advanced capabilities like integrations and ticket management).

All plans include unlimited AI chatbot replies.
What counts as an AI chatbot reply?+
An AI chatbot reply is counted when our AI responds to a customer message. Messages handled by human agents don't count toward your AI reply quota.

What payment methods do you accept?+
MooseDesk does not charge merchants directly. Instead, Shopify will include the MooseDesk app fee in your Shopify subscription during your Shopify billing cycle. You can view your MooseDesk billing history in your Shopify admin panel.
Will I lose my data if I downgrade or cancel?+
Your data stays safe. Only access and feature availability change depending on your plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
