This manual will guide you on setting up and customizing email notifications for receiving new tickets or replies through widget/email channels.
Set up email notifications #
On the left-navigation menu, go to Settings > Notifications
With this setup, you can receive email notifications every time you receive a new ticket.
- Step 1: Turn on the toggle for email notifications
- Step 2: Enter the email receiver. This email address will receive notifications whenever your store has new tickets.
- Step 3: Customize notification settings by toggling the switch to enable or disable notifications for new tickets or replies from the Help widget or email channels.
- Step 4: Click ‘Save’ in the Save bar to apply your settings
- Step 5 (Optional): Click on ‘Send test email‘ to see the email. It should look like this:
