MooseDesk Category is a feature created to make you easily group your articles. Categories can be addressed as article-containers. Categories only show in FAQ templates that follow a container-grouping system.
Use this when you want to add multiple articles to a certain category.
Step 1: In the Articles tab, find the category you want to add articles to and click the Edit icon
Step 2: Choose “Add article” option
Step 3: Tick all the articles you want to add to the category. If you don’t find the articles you’re looking for in the list, you can search for them using the search bar.
