BON Loyalty is a powerful rewards and loyalty program platform that helps businesses create engaging rewards programs, encourage repeat purchases, and build lasting relationships with customers through personalized loyalty experiences.
The integration of MooseDesk and BON Loyalty enables support agents to access customer loyalty information directly within ticket details, while allowing customers to conveniently check their rewards and points through the MooseDesk widget. This enables personalized support based on customer engagement levels – from rewarding loyal customers to re-engaging less active ones.
Set up integration #
You have to install BON Loyalty to enable this integration.
Step 1: Go to Chat widget tab > General

Step 2: Scroll down and click on the ‘Add module from 3rd party’

Step 3: Install BON Loyalty

Step 4: Turn up the toggle and hit ‘Done’ to install BON Loyalty

Step 5: Click on the toggle to let BON Loyalty appear on your widget skin and drag down

Step 6: Turn up the toggle of the information you want to appear (Loyalty point balance, Customer Tier)

Step 7 (Optional): You can drag and drop to arrange the position of BON Loyalty on your widget skin. Lastly, hit ‘Save’.

How will the information be displayed? #
Customers’ side #
Customers get to see their loyalty points permanently through chat widget after setting up simply:
- Click onto the chat widget > Loyalty points

- Click ‘Sign in’

- Fill customers’ email and enter the login code that is sent through an automated email


- Come back to the store, open the chat widget, navigate Loyalty points again and see the details shown like this:

Support team’s side #
Meanwhile, your support team can access the user’s order and tracking information through the MooseDesk ticket details interface, enabling them to address user issues promptly.

Also, the support team can see details in the Customer tab by clicking the customer’s name and going to the Profitability.
