TrackingMore is a comprehensive shipment tracking solution that enhances customer experience and boosts conversions through real-time, branded order tracking, global carrier support, and promotional features.
The integration of MooseDesk and TrackingMore enables support agents to access order tracking information directly within customer ticket details, while allowing customers to conveniently track their orders through the MooseDesk widget.
Set up integration #
You have to install TrackingMore to enable this integration.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Customize widget > Module settings
Step 2: Navigate to the Order Tracking module and click on the Add module from 3rd party app button
Step 3: Click on Install now to install TrackingMore.
If you have installed TrackingMore before, you can skip this step and move to the next step.
Step 4: Return to MooseDesk and turn on the toggle to add the 3rd-party module to the order tracking settings. Then, click ‘Done’.
Configure TrackingMore settings #
After completing the integration setup, you’ll see a block where you can configure settings for this third-party element. Here are the settings you can adjust:
- Turn off the toggle to temporarily hide all information (order status, detailed tracking information) from TrackingMore displaying only the tracking link and order details provided by our app
- Uncheck the option Order status bar to hide this in your widget. You still can see the detailed tracking information from TrackingMore
- Click ‘Remove this element‘ to permanently delete this third-party settings block. You’ll need to set it up again if you want to use it later.
How will the information be displayed? #
Customer’s side #
When customers track orders through MooseDesk widget, the tracking information will be shown like this:
Support team’s side #
Meanwhile, your support team can access the user’s order and tracking information through the MooseDesk ticket details interface, enabling them to address user issues promptly.
