Introduction #
Reward Race is a gamification feature designed to help you explore MooseDesk while earning valuable rewards. As you complete tasks and advance through levels, you’ll unlock premium features, customization options, and exclusive partner discounts that enhance your helpdesk experience.
To access Reward Race, go to Dashboard > Want to play a game?
4 levels in Reward Race #
Every merchant starts as Unranked and progresses to Gold while collecting badges and rewards at each level.
The game has 3 main levels as listed below:

1 | Bronze | Players who completed all Unranked -> Bronze tasks | – Remove logo in FAQ in Premium template – Unlimited slot for email connection – Add brand logo to widget |
2 | Silver | Used-to-be Bronze players who completed all Bronze -> Silver tasks | – Advanced setting: Custom CSS – Widget skin BFCM – Advanced setting: Widget visibility – Discount from Partner 1 – Discount from Partner 2 |
3 | Gold | Used-to-be Silver players who completed all Silver -> Gold tasks | – 01 Template email notification: Notify & Resolve – Remove logo in Ticket Status Notification & Add brand logo – Discount link from Partner 3 – Discount link from Partner 4 – Special Contact Us template |
How it works #
Complete tasks #
Each level contains 4-7 tasks designed to familiarize you with MooseDesk features.
- Task instructions are clear and straightforward. Many tasks include redirect links to help you navigate directly to the relevant feature.

- Complete all tasks in a level and click ‘Claim badge’ to advance to the next level

Claim rewards #
After completing all tasks in a level, you’ll unlock rewards that enhance your helpdesk by clicking ‘Claim rewards’.

Then, you are redirected to the detailed tasks and rewards of your current level.
- Click ‘Claim now’ to access your reward

- A chat window with our support team will appear. Follow the simple instructions (such as replying “YES”) to claim your reward.
