What are widget position & availability settings? #
This is a premium feature of MooseDesk that allows you to adjust the position of your widget, including side spacing and bottom spacing.
Furthermore, you can set up timings for widget display and hide your widget on a specific device.
Activate widget position & availability settings #
There are 2 ways to activate this feature:
- Earn rewards from the Reward Race game
- Chat with our Support Team directly
In this article, you’ll learn how to activate it by contacting our Support Team
Step 1: Go to Chat widget > Styling
Step 2: Click “Unlock this feature”
Step 3: Confirm with Support Team and wait until we activate it for you
Configure widget position & availability settings #
Adjust spacing #
- Side spacing: Adjust the horizontal distance between your widget and the edge of the screen
- Bottom spacing: Adjust the vertical distance between your widget and the bottom of the screen
Note: You can also apply the same spacing for your widget on mobile devices
Set up timings for display #
You can configure the widget to appear all the time or only during specified business hours
Show widget on a specific device #
There are 3 options for you to choose whether the widget is visible on:
- Desktop computers
- Mobile devices
- Both platforms
