Enable AI Chatbot #
This article provides instructions on enabling the AI Chatbot in MooseDesk to support customer conversations according to your defined conditions.
Go to AI Chatbot > Knowledge Base. Then Switch Enable AI Chatbot on.

Note: In Settings, you can define conditions (e.g., chatbot only works after business hours)
AI Chatbot learns from your own data. You can train it by adding multiple sources, helping it deliver more accurate and personalized answers.
There will be three data sources where you can use it to train your chatbot Al:
- Q&A: The Q&A section is best for specific, conversational logic that might not be covered in a standard FAQ.
- FAQ: The FAQ source allows you to import or write general knowledge about your business.
Products: The Products data source syncs directly with your store catalog to turn your chatbot into a personal shopper.

After the setup is complete, please test it on your storefront to verify the configuration.
This will help ensure that the feature is working as expected and that the configuration has been applied correctly on the live storefront.
