MooseDesk notifications keep you updated on tickets, chat conversations, app updates, and promotions, helping you manage your support workflow and enhance your store.
To access notification settings, go to Settings > Notifications in the left navigation menu
With this setup, you’ll get email notifications whenever you receive a new ticket or chat conversation.
To enable, toggle on email notifications. Then, set an email receiver to get updates whenever a new ticket is generated.
When there is an incoming ticket or chat while you are still inside our app, a push notification will appear in the top right corner of your app screen to notify you. It may also include sound.
Go to Settings > Notifications and turn on the toggle for push notifications. The options below can be enabled or disabled based on your preferences.
This notification type keeps you updated about our incoming tickets/chats, latest app updates, feature releases and other promotional news. To access in-app notifications, click on the bell icon .
