We’ve upgraded our Gmail integration to support App Password authentication, providing a more reliable and secure connection. 

This improvement offers stable email synchronization between your Gmail and MooseDesk Inbox. Besides, it also enhances security through Google’s recommended authentication method.

As a result, this updated approach will allow you to have seamless access to receive, send, and delete emails through MooseDesk.

For existing Gmail integration users, we strongly recommend switching to the App Password method to experience improved connectivity and reliability.
