Sort Function 

The new sort function on the details screen lets you quickly find tickets or conversations by sorting them by latest, oldest, or unread, helping you organize them to fit your team’s workflow without going to the list screen.  

Agent Name Display 

With this new update, specific agent names will appear when responding to chat conversations instead of displaying the store name for all agents, helping you efficiently manage your team’s performance.  

Redirect to Instagram Profile Page 

We are adding options to set up redirect links to your Instagram profile page, along with the option for Instagram direct messages. This feature allows you to easily direct your audience to your profile so they can explore your content and engage with your posts.
