How to play Reward Race?

Reward Race features a progression system with three distinct achievement levels. At first, everyone starts as Unranked and works their way up to Gold, collecting badges and rewards at each level.

Level Structure

• Unranked to Bronze: Complete 4 fundamental setup tasks and learn the basics of MooseDesk features
• Bronze to Silver: Complete 6 tasks to know how to use FAQ Builder and email connection
• Silver to Gold: Finish 5 tasks to become a true MooseDesk expert

Claim Rewards

After completing each set of tasks for a level, your badge will be ready to claim. Simply visit the Reward Race tab, click “Claim Badge” and all the rewards are permanently available.

Once unlocked, the rewards will remain yours forever, so you can implement them whenever they’ll be most useful for your team.
