The Help Widget is located at the bottom of your page, acting as a ticket-receiving gate for your help desk. Help Widget configuration involves setting up and customizing forms on your website that allow Customers to submit support requests or inquiries directly to the MooseDesk helpdesk system.
To enter the settings of Help Widget, you can navigate to “Setting” > “Channel” > “Help Widget Configuration” > “Customize widget“
Translation Tab #
This section allows you change the section names of the widget. Feel free to translate them to the language you preferred.
Enabling the widget on your store #
To enable the Help Widget on your live store, you can go to “Setting” > “Channel” > “Help Widget Configuration” > “+ Go to Theme Editor“. You will be redirected to the Theme Editor and from there, you can toggle on the “Help Form Widget” and click “Save“.
