Install MooseDesk From Shopify App Store #
To begin, simply navigate to our MooseDesk app in the Shopify App Store and install it. Once installed, you can access MooseDesk from your Shopify dashboard.
During the initial setup, you’ll be guided through a series of onboarding setups. This includes:
Step 1: Install the app from the Shopify app store
- Confirming your system default portal email address
- Click ‘Next‘ and you’re ready to use MooseDesk as a customer support portal
Step 2: Click “Click here to start using your portal“
- You will then be directed to the MooseDesk Dashboard menu, where you would start your work every day using MooseDesk.
